  God forbid you're ever actually ill. 2 weeks after being told I would be referred, called the hospital to check what the time scales were, to be told they hadn't received it.
  Rang the practice, 'yeah, we've had someone go sick'. You've had someone go sick and it's caused a 2 week backlog? Livid.
